Who Are We

Grace Community Missionary Church of Bad Axe is a full member of the Missionary Church, Inc.  The denomination was organized in 1969 with the merger of the Missionary Church Association and the United Missionary church.

We are Christian community which is focused on:

  • Bringing people into a Christ-centered relationship
  • Building Christians into a full understanding of their relationship with God
  • Bettering them in their service to God's purpose
Matthew 28: 19-20
"...Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.  And surely I will be with you always, to the very end of the age."

What We Believe

We believe that God is the creator of all life.

We understand that humanity has become separated from a relationship with God, their creator, through turning away from Him.

Yet we affirm that God took the initiative to restore that relationship by sending Jesus Christ to die for all the sin people have ever committed.

We also know that because of what Jesus Christ has done, that people are now given the opportunity to be in a relationship with God once they allow God to be the forgiver of their sins.

We further teach that God gives each person, once they have come into a relationship with God, power to live a meaningful relationship with Him through the Holy Spirit.

In addition we accept that all people find their soul's deepest fulfillment and purpose by living for God until God sends Jesus Christ, a second time, to more fully establish His kingdom on earth.
